About Us
    Capital Region's Chefs 4x4 is a gathering of 4 of the top chefs in the area creating 4 fabulous dinners paired with 4 great wines at 4 phenominal restaurants.  Chefs Jackie Baldwin, Jaime Ortiz, Mark Graham and Larry Schepici invite you to experience these sure to be memorable events.

Our History

    In 2002, Chef David McKenty formerly of Graham's Restaurant invited chef's David Britton of Springwater Bistro, Tonya Mahar formerly of Chez Sophie, and Mark Graham formerly of The Wine Bar to collaborate on an event that would revolutionize fine dining in Saratoga Springs.  Called "The Saratoga 4x4", all four chefs would gather together in each others restaurant, over four consecutive months offering four courses prepared by each chef matched with four appropriate wines. These events helped to evolve Saratoga as a true fine dining destination.

    Now founding member Mark Graham, currently of MezzaNotte has joined forces with Larry Schepici proprietor of Tosca, Jackie Baldwin of RPI and Jaime Ortiz from Angelo's 677 Prime to create the "Capital Region's Chefs 4x4".
